The Faces of the Water Industry campaign was launched in 2018. The program created such momentum that we expanded the campaign with updated graphics, dozens of new portraits, posters, calendars, videos , reels and social media posts. This was a branded campaign that highlighted careers and military veterans. A conscious and collective effort was made to recognize the diversity of individuals working in the water industry. We also used the various marketing materials as a recruiting tool at job fairs. career centers and conferences. We were selected to present a Power Lunch Webinar in 2021 for CAPIO (California Association of Public Information Officials) the Webinar was titled Executing a Creative Outreach Campaign that Resonates. This campaign began in 2018. Every year after that, during the California Water Appreciation week which is in October, we continue to create a new design and partake in showcasing employees in the Water Industry.
